Aeris Sweater Junior

Aeris Sweater Junior (Latin: "air" jersey junior) is a light, airy and quickly knitted children's sweater. The sweater is knitted in stocking yarn and mohair, which makes the sweater durable and therefore easy to use in everyday life. The sweater is knitted in the round, from top to bottom and is knitted with raglan removals and German turns both on the yoke and at the bottom of the body, which gives the neck of the sweater a round shape, and makes the sweater the same length on both the front and the back. The sweater has wide sleeves, which are knitted in the round on either double pointed needles or circular needles with the Magic Loop technique (I recommend the last technique myself). Body and neck can be adjusted as needed and knitted longer/shorter. The sweater in the picture is size 5-6 years and knitted in Jawoll and Kid Color from Lang Yarns in the colors 83.0191 and 1079.0008.

Aeris Sweater Junior should have a movement room (positive ease) of approx. 14 cm in relation to the child's chest measurement. 1½ (2) 3-4 (5-6) 7-8 (9-10) 11-12 years corresponds to a chest measurement of approx. 50 (54) 56 (60) 64 (72) 78 cm. That is that if the child's chest measurement is, for example, 56 cm, you should knit size 3-4 years, where the overall width of the shirt is 70 cm. Remember that these measurements only apply if the knitting strength is respected.
